During the MVP phase, the platform is free for both Enterprises and Talent. Post-launch, a success-fee model will apply to Enterprises upon successful project matching, while it remains free for all talent. Detailed pricing will be announced later.

D-GIG's LER data is provided via standard API, allowing seamless integration with existing Applicant Tracking Systems. We plan to support major platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, and SmartRecruiters in phases. Custom LER reports can also be downloaded directly.

Currently, our MVP focuses on the Daejeon and Chungcheong regions. However, we actively support Enterprises in the capital area or globally seeking remote talent from Daejeon. We plan to expand to other regions sequentially.

You can start from zero. Once you enter your tech stack, interests, and availability, our AI matching algorithm recommends tailored Gigs. Completing the first Gig unlocks your LER verification badge and higher-level project matches.

We partner with governments on youth employment initiatives and LER-based career support programs. For universities, we facilitate industry-academia projects and LER certification programs. Specific partnership models are custom-designed through direct consultation.
